Cancellation within 12 to 24 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 50% of the dress price and the full shipping cost.

3.What shipping way do you offer?
We offer standard shipping and express shipping on our site for customer's reference, standard shipping is free but it takes a little longer for waiting.
Apart from the cooperation with EMS, we can offer UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT with extra charges. If you need to receive an order by a specific date, please feel free to contact us first to inquire about availability. We will always do whatever we can to accommodate you.
4.What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

We are sorry but currently we do not have any physical stores. As an e-commerce company, we just do business online. You can see the products on our website and place the order. We will make the products for you once your order is confirmed.

Please note that all our accessories are made-to-order, which means the dress you order are special for you. Therefore, the accessories can't be restocked or resold. For this reason, we can't accept "buy-many-keep-one" order. Once your order is confirmed, we will think that you need all the items in your order and strictly follow our return and refund policy.
All returns must be made within 30 days from the day the package was delivered. All returned products must be unused (e.g., not worn or altered) and returned in accordance with the instructions received from contacting customer service by E-mail. You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping while returning the products. All products not returned in accordance with the Return Procedures shall be sent back to you, and no credit or refund will be issued.
